SmartPeptide is an educational and research platform. Everything on it — the peptide library, programs, AI assistant, tracker, community, and research summaries — is information, not medical advice.

We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend. Using the site does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any peptide, supplement, medication, or protocol. See our full disclaimer.

We do not sell peptides, and we will not help you source them.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SmartPeptide. By using the site you confirm that you are.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information when you register, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. One person per account; do not share credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the site to offer, advertise, broker, or solicit the sale of peptides or any controlled or prescription substance.
• Present content from the site as medical advice, or hold yourself out as a clinician you are not.
• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, deliberately misleading about health risks, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content except as our robots file permits.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or plan restrictions, or otherwise interfere with the service.
• Use the AI assistant to generate instructions for obtaining, synthesising, or dosing substances outside a lawful, supervised context.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and we may do so without notice where the risk is serious.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it on the platform so the community can function. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

Community content reflects the views of individual users. It is not reviewed or endorsed by us, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.

The assistant summarises published research and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. It is guard-railed, but no guard-rail is perfect. Verify anything that matters against the cited sources, and never act on its output as though it were clinical guidance.

Marketplace partners are independent third parties. We do not manufacture, test, ship, or guarantee anything they sell, and we are not responsible for their products, claims, or conduct. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

Some outbound links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase through them. This does not change what you pay. We disclose this because it is required and because you should know it when reading a recommendation.

A free tier is available. Paid plans may be offered with features described at the time of purchase. Paid billing is still in development — if you select a paid plan before billing is live, you will not be charged until we ask you to confirm payment. Where fees apply, they are stated before you commit, and any refund terms will be described at checkout.

The site, its design, and its original content are owned by Bar Group Technology LLC and protected by intellectual property law. Cited research remains the property of its authors and publishers; we link to sources rather than claim them.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bar Group Technology LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify Bar Group Technology LLC against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we are required to. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity — will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you stronger rights, those rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to legal@smartpeptide.com.
