How we make money
SmartPeptide is free for individuals. We earn money two ways: affiliate commissions from partners listed in our Marketplace, and paid Clinic subscriptions sold to practices.
When you click a partner link and go on to buy a product, book a lab test, or start a consultation, that partner may pay us a commission. You never pay more because of it.
What commission does not affect
- Listing order. Marketplace results are ordered by user rating, never by commission rate.
- Peptide scores. Evidence and Interest are separate measures, calculated from published data and site activity respectively. No partner can pay to change a score, and no score is influenced by whether a related partner pays us.
- Editorial content. Research summaries, library entries, and Research Hub articles are written independently. Partners do not review, approve, or supply them.
What we do not do
- We do not sell peptides.
- We do not prescribe, diagnose, or treat.
- We do not accept payment to list a partner. Partners are admitted on vetting criteria only.
- We do not accept payment to remove or suppress a negative rating.
Partner vetting
Partners self-report licensing, testing, and shipping practices. We require third-party lab certificates for any supplier listed under research chemicals, and proof of active licensure for any clinic listed under licensed clinics.
Self-reported means exactly that. We verify documents; we do not inspect facilities. Listing is not endorsement.
Reporting a partner
Email partners@smartpeptide.com with what you saw. We investigate within 5 business days and will delist a partner where claims cannot be substantiated.
